I knew it was coming but now it is official…I got the two saddest post cards in the mail today: I will no longer be receiving Modern Bride and Elegant Bride as the fabulous mags have folded.  Brides is still kickin’ so I am keeping my fingers crossed on that one!

I know a lot of people (myself included) have focused their search to the web for planning ideas which is part of the publishing dilemma, however I can’t help but enjoy snuggling up with a great bridal magazine, a glass of vino and flipping through the glossy pages of perfectly coiffed brides in dresses I would never wear.

Never fear! I will continue to post all things fabulous and as long as I still have my Brides magazine (and the always wonderful Grace Ormonde Wedding Style Magazine) to look forward to all is well!
