Ways to Do Winter: The Dress

Wednesday, March 20th, 2013

Recently, under the direction and genius of Dave Bigler at Bigler Productions, a great group of vendors teamed up to showcase what an amazing time winter is for weddings!  Split across four different segments, these blog posts will take you through the choice of the dress, to the hair and makeup, to the venue, and for more fun, a great trash the dress shoot!  We couldn’t be more thrilled with how these turned out- winter truly is a magical time for weddings.  I know at this point, we’re all thinking “where’s spring?” but don’t count those off months (January, February, and March) out for your wedding.   And be sure to check back for the other three parts of this blog series to see how it unfolds!  Read the first one here. Thanks for including us Dave, we can’t wait to see the breathtaking Hall of Springs in all it’s glory!

Fun Find: Canvas Guestbook

Wednesday, July 25th, 2012

We have done so many posts on unique things that you can do for your guestbook (get caught up here)  but the most popular seems to be a framed/matted photo of the couple.  This is a fun twist on that- a canvas print guestbook.  Canvas wrap prints are becoming so popular these days that this makes a great guestbook, and guests can sign right on the canvas, no need for mattes or frames.  Canvas wraps can be ordered through your photographer of your engagement photos, but can also be found on many online photo sites like snapfish if you have a favorite picture you want to use.

Fun Find: Your Wedding Photo on Your Credit Card

Thursday, June 7th, 2012

I just love this, it is so cool! A recent bride at the Hall of Springs loved her wedding photos by Matt Ramos Photography so much, she now carries it with her everyday- on her credit card!

Many companies like capital one will let you upload your favorite image as the background of your credit card- what a cute idea!
